Client Acknowledgment, Liability Waiver, and Arbitration Agreement

You agree that you are not relying on the provider for financial decision making. You will conduct your own independent research and consult licensed professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of any content, services, or communications. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your financial decisions or use of provided information. - Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to services or content shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. Arbitration shall be conducted in the United States under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or jury trials. - Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the provider’s state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
